Ghost Recon ‘Project Over‘
The news comes from Insider Gaming. The team has scheduled the next Ghost Recon game for release in 2025 or 2026. The game aims to bring the franchise back to a first-person perspective. Almost milsim-like in style, the team is making the game more like a to be a squad-based military tactical shooter. It draws inspiration from other first-person military games, such as Modern Warfare, Battlefield, and Ready or Not.
The game will take place in the fictional Naiman War. The war takes place in a hostile southeast nation where war crimes have claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. Developers acknowledge that the game’s plot revolves around your team, the “Ghosts,” breaking into the combat zone to carry out covert operations and track down a traitor.
The Modern Warfare series seems to be a major influence for the game, which may have some gloomy or contentious missions and sections. The video was made available to Insider Gaming so it could not be distributed or made public. The game has significantly improved graphics over its predecessors.
