Adore reappoints former CEO Min Hee-jin as an inside director. This decision was taken at the extraordinary general shareholders meeting of the company, which took place on October 17, 2019. Min’s previous term as an inside director was set to expire on November 1st.

The reappointment comes amidst ongoing discussions about Min’s future role at Adore. Earlier this month, the company’s board of directors proposed a compromise plan that would extend Min’s term as an inside director. However, Min has rejected this proposal, insisting on her reinstatement as CEO.

Min also expressed her frustration with her current position. She states that she lacks the authority and resources necessary to complete her ongoing projects. She also filed an injunction with the court, demanding that Hybe reinstate him as CEO.

The future of Adore and Min Hee-jin remains uncertain. While the company has taken steps to retain its expertise as an inside director, the ongoing dispute over the CEO position raises questions about the company’s leadership and future direction.
