K-pop boy group ASTRO is launching a brand-new unit this August, and fans couldn’t be more excited. The upcoming duo, named ‘Juni Genie’, will consist of members MJ and JinJin, marking the group’s third official subunit since debuting in 2016.
According to a report by Edaily on July 22, Juni Genie will release their first song and begin official promotions in August 2025.

In June, they completed their 4th solo concert tour, ‘The 4th ASTROAD Stargraphy’, at Incheon Inspire Arena and later at Japan’s Fukuoka PayPay Dome on June 28–29. The event was particularly emotional, as former member Rocky also joined the stage as a solo artist.
