Baldur’s Gate 3 Release Date
The release date of the game was pushed up to September 6, 2023. Mainly to avoid competing with Bethesda’s massive RPG Starfield, which debuts on the same day. Baldur’s Gate 3 will arrive on the PlayStation 5 on its original release date of September 6.
Xbox players will have to wait until 2024 to get their hands on the game, according to Larian Studios, which blamed the delay on problems with the Xbox Series S version of the game.
Early Access
Unfortunately, save games from the 2020 original Early Access will not be compatible with the complete game. The Twitter account posted a statement from Larian Studios stating that “Saves from Early Access will not be compatible with the game.” The developer continued in another Tweet by advising doing a clean install of the game and removing all save data and mods from the Early Access edition.
