The Order of the British Empire is a prestigious award given to individuals who have made significant contributions to British society or achieved outstanding achievements in various fields.

After receiving the award, the members of Blackpink have taken different paths. Lisa reportedly went to Paris for a vacation, while Rosé, Jisoo, and Jennie returned to Korea.

Rosé’s recent release of a season’s greeting exclusively at YG Entertainment has fueled speculation about a potential solo contract renewal.

Meanwhile, Jisoo uploaded a video of the snowy streets of Seoul and recently won the female dance solo award at the MAMA Awards.

With regard to Blackpink’s contract renewal, there are reports that the full contract has been tentatively agreed upon, but individual contracts for each member are still being discussed. YG Entertainment recently updated its artist profiles on its official website, creating new profiles for the four Blackpink members.

While G-Dragon and Taeyang, whose exclusive contracts have expired, are no longer considered artists, Blackpink’s group profile remains, raising hopes for a positive outcome in their contract negotiations.

Fans are eagerly awaiting any official announcements from YG Entertainment regarding Blackpink’s future.
