Earthbound is one of the games with a cult status. This is why even after all these years it is still talked about today. It inspired a lot of games, including the super influential Undertale and Deltarune titles. And since it is the Earthbound 30th anniversary, we are getting some merch.

Earthbound 30th Anniversary
Hobonichi has announced that it would produce additional Earthbound products in August 2024 to commemorate the game’s 30th anniversary. The goods releases will also correspond with the game’s displays, which will be available momentarily in department shops throughout Japan.
The new line will include towels, t-shirts, and a stress ball featuring Mr Saturn. It will also feature the real-life version of Cup of Lifenoodles, which Hobonichi originally announced in early July 2024. People will be able to order two sets of udon noodles.
At the same time, Hobonichi will host exhibits featuring the game formerly known in Japan as Mother 2. The “Secrets of Mother 2” paid exhibit will be shown in Hobinichi’s store in Shibuya Parco from August 1 to September 8, 2024. During the same time period, the firm will host free satellite exhibits at Tobichi Tokyo, Osaka’s Umeda Loft, Sapporo Parco, and Nagoya Parco.
