Call of Duty is going full-on with its remakes nowadays. Why wouldn’t they, CoD Modern Warfare 2019 was hit, which was because the original Modern Warfare was a massive hit. And as expected, Activision will release a new entry in the Call of Duty Series this 4th Quarter of the year. And if the leaks are true, it will be Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Leaks
The main source of the speculation came from a tweet by @charlieINTEL. The tweet showcases the Call of Duty and Monster collaboration. The collab also featured a logo of Modern Warfare 3. These collaborations are really common, while not as common as mountain dew, CoD still has a history with Monster Energy Drinks.
The other news sources come from Tom Henderson, who is a reputable industry insider. According to him, the game will be developed by Sledgehammer Games, the studio responsible for games like WW2 and Vanguard. This leak becomes even more concrete when we see the same logo on Sledgehammer Games Social Media Profile.
As the name suggests, the game will be a sequel to Modern Warfare 2. The game will most likely feature the return of the famed antagonist, Makarov. He can also be seen in the promotional art. Sledgehammer Games also confirmed that the weapons and bundles will be carrying over from Modern Warfare 2.
New Modes
Modern Warfare 3 may have “a number of remastered maps from previous games.” Call of Duty leaker CoD_Perseus also purportedly tweeted screenshots of remastered versions of Scrapyard and Terminal and other iconic maps, however, the images were swiftly taken down. According to the leaks, the war mode is making a return from WW2.
The Zombies mode is rumored to be making a comeback as well. according to another tip from Henderson, Modern Warfare 3’s Zombies will probably be Outbreak 2.0. Henderson’s report on the Warzone side also implies that a new map with the name Las Almas is in the works. According to reports, the map will appear in Modern Warfare 3’s first season, which is anticipated to begin at the beginning of December.
Release Date Speculations
A date has not yet been made public. However, as previously reported, the game appears to be scheduled for November 2023. Additionally, this supports the disclosure made by Insider-Gaming’s Tom Henderson, an industry insider. Henderson predicts that the game will debut on November 10 with beta weekends taking place from October 6–10 and from October 12–16. The campaign’s early access will begin on November 2.
