Fallout 4 And The TV Show
According to rumours, Fallout 4 has lately seen a significant increase in player numbers as a result of a brand-new trailer for the Amazon Fallout show inspired by the Bethesda game. TrueAchievements reports that over 2.4 million Xbox accounts have seen a 33% spike in the previous two weeks since the trailer debuted on March 7.
Since Fallout 4 has not received any new content since 2016, this is quite an achievement, but with fans excited about the upcoming Amazon show, this surge may be unsurprising. Other games in the franchise, such as Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 76, have also seen a rise in player rates, with the latter increasing by 6%.
And we do know that another Fallout game isn’t gonna be anytime soon. It will surely be after the Elder Scrolls 6 which isn’t coming in the next 3-4 years.
So far, the trailers have shown our core cast in their well-known blue clothing, the Brotherhood of Steel, the Vaults, and even Walton Goggins’ Ghoul. However, with video game adaptations being hit-or-miss, it remains to be seen whether Amazon will stick to the Bethesda franchise.
