A netizen claiming to be the cousin of a member of the K-pop group Fifty Fifty has accused the group’s agency, Attrakt, of lying about the reasons for the group’s recent legal dispute.
In a post on social media, the netizen, who goes by the name “A,” said that Attrakt CEO Jeon Hong-Joon had never been kind to his cousin and had never respected her condition. He also said that the CEO’s claims that the group had spent money on their mother and sold their car were lies.
“There is a reason for filing a lawsuit, and because it is not a light issue, we went to legal action,” A said. “The entertainment industry is a dirtier world than you think. The agency representative is not the person to defend. 90% is a lie.”
Attrakt has denied the allegations, saying that the group is trying to break their contract because they have been offered a better deal elsewhere. The agency also said that it has provided the group with all of the necessary support, including financial assistance.
The dispute between Fifty Fifty and Attrakt is ongoing, and it is not clear how it will be resolved. However, the allegations made by A have raised questions about the way that the entertainment industry treats its artists.
