In June, four members of Fifty Fifty filed a lawsuit against Attrakt for a temporary injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts. Keena withdrew her lawsuit on October 17th and returned to the group.
At this year’s Billboard Music Awards, BTS member Jimin and the K-pop group NewJeans are nominated in multiple categories. Jimin is nominated for Top Selling Song, Top Global K-Pop Artist, Top K-Pop Album, and Top Global K-Pop Song. NewJeans is nominated for Top Billboard Global (excluding the U.S.) Artist, Top Global K-Pop Artist, and Top K-Pop Album. Their song “Dito” is also nominated for Top Global K-Pop Song.
