Google has been going strong with its portable smart devices. The company has been focussing more and more on its device catalog. This is further confirmed with the company confirming the Google Pixel 8. However, not every confirmation has to come from Google itself, as is the case with Google Pixel Watch 2.

Google Pixel Watch 2
The Pixel Watch 2 has received certification in a number of regions, following the internal name (Eos) of the device appearing on the Google Play Console and essentially preparing developers for the wearable’s availability to the general public. This basically confirms that there will actually be a successor the to Pixel Watch. And it also seems like an official announcement may not be that far away.
The American FCC listed three Pixel Watch 2 models last week. One that supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, one that adds two LTE bands, and one that expands the number of LTE bands available. The Pixel Watch 2 will have to make do with Bluetooth; the previously rumored addition of any Ultra Wideband technology is absent.
The IMDA, Singapore’s regulatory body, provides the second certification. “Smartwatch With WiFi 2.4G bgn + BT” is how this listing describes it, emphasizing Google branding. Manufacturers frequently wait until the very end of the process to submit their products, even though regulatory listings do not include launch dates. This means that the Pixel Watch 2 will be released as soon as possible.
