Battle Royale has always been a prevalent genre in gaming. Thanks to games like PUBG and Fortnite, nearly every gamer has played a battle royale in one form or another. The genre is prevalent in the Indian handheld market. With PUBG Mobile and now BGMI being one of the most played games. And now, Indus Battle Royale, is nearing its release date and it seems people are excited.

Indus Battle Royale – Release Date
The game’s pre-registration started in January 2023. And, it has been reported that the game has reached more than 5 Million Pre-registrations. And it is not a surprise. An India-based studio develops the game. It also features heavy Indian influence so the familiarity is appealing.
The game, which draws heavily from Indian mythology and culture, is set in an Indo-Futuristic world that is unapologetically Indian in its exploration and representation of science fiction and uses the Indus Valley civilization as its backdrop. The Developers also teased the game’s first map. The map takes heavy inspiration from Delhi and will also feature many landmarks from the NCR.
SuperGaming said on August 13 that it would release the Indus battle royale game Indus in closed beta in the coming months.
The business has already created games like the multiplayer shooter MaskGun, which boasts having attracted over 65 million players since its launch, but this is its most ambitious project to date.
