Minecraft Movie DLC
During the live event, you are taken to Midport Village. In this bespoke Minecraft environment, you can interact with the characters from the film, complete tasks, and obtain unique game-related items. Jack Black, who plays Steve in the movie, provides a voiceover for the event. The user teams up with Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, and Sebastian Hansen to play several minigames. Additionally, the game allows for multiplayer combat, so you won’t have to face the perils by yourself. You will receive the Yearn cape, an exclusive item if you can finish all five of the games in the mode.
Announced during Minecraft Live, the event begins on March 25 at 3 PM PT/6 PM ET and ends on April 7 at the same time.
On March 25, there will be a ton of free downloads available in the game in addition to the live event. First of all, you may download a variety of skins inspired by the film’s heroes, which lets you customize your character to look like Momoa, Myers, Brooks, Hansen, or Jack Black’s Steve. Yes, you may don the adorable pink jacket that Jason Momoa is wearing in the movie’s teasers, complete with fringe. It’s a much more pixelated version. After all, this is Minecraft.
Finally, for those who would like to delve deeper into the action of the film, there is an accessible DLC world. Like the skins, it is available for free in the Marketplace and features tasks like elytra races, nighttime survival trials, and even snooping into a mansion in the woods. You can play the DLC with friends or by yourself.
