Tech is getting smaller and smaller these days and smart rings are proof of that. While they haven’t caught as much traction as their watch counterparts, they will surely get more popular. Maybe the new Samsung Galaxy Smart Ring can be the proof.

Everything We Know About The Samsung Galaxy Smart Ring
A preview of Samsung’s new Galaxy Ring was unveiled in February during the company’s most recent Unpacked event. Since the Samsung Galaxy S24 series was the main attraction, they didn’t go into too many specifics. Although rumours indicate that nothing is official yet. However, we were able to get a sneak peek at what this Galaxy ring would look like.
We can be positive that the Galaxy Ring will arrive in the summer of 2024. We wouldn’t be shocked if this smart ring could be used as a voice assistant, to operate music apps like Spotify, or to initiate orders via touch replies encoded in Morse code.
During the Unpacked event last month, Samsung gave us a very hazy preview of the Galaxy Ring’s design. Since then, not much more has come to light. TechRadar was granted an exclusive look at the prototype of the ring at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Matt Evans, a TechRadar expert on wearable technology, health, and wellbeing, called the Galaxy ring prototype extremely light and a little plasticky. Matt also said that the ring was comfortable to wear and included multiple sensors and nodules on the inside of the black plastic to guarantee proper skin contact. The prototype’s concave shape prevented surface abrasions.
