Samsung’s next foldable phone, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, is expected to launch in July. While details are still scarce, leaked renders offer a glimpse of the phone’s design.
The Z Fold 6 appears to have a boxier design compared to its predecessor. The corners and displays are less rounded, the sides are sharper, and the camera bump is slightly larger. It’s unclear if the bezels are any smaller, but they seem roughly the same size as the Z Fold 5. Read More on BlurStory – Lenovo Unveils Transparent Laptop at MWC 2024

Some observers note a resemblance to Sony’s design language, with the sharper edges making it appear more suitable for business users. The leaked renders show the phone featuring dual stereo speakers, a USB-C port at the bottom, volume rockers and a fingerprint sensor on the right side, mirroring the Z Fold 5.
While unconfirmed, the Z Fold 6 is expected to pack the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, UFS 4.0 storage, and up to 16GB of RAM. Cameras, charging speeds, and battery capacity might remain unchanged from the Z Fold 5.
While some expected significant changes, these initial leaks suggest a similar design approach for the Z Fold 6. This could indicate Samsung potentially running out of design ideas or simply opting to refine their existing formula.
Moreover, given the seemingly minimal design changes, some speculate that Samsung might offer a lower price point for the Z Fold 6 compared to the Z Fold 5. However, only time will tell if Samsung has any surprises in store for the Z Fold 6, including potential pricing adjustments.
