However, SM Entertainment denied the rumors, stating that such a contract had not been signed.
The rumors were first reported by an entertainment industry insider, who claimed that the new agency that Sehun and Chanyeol would be signing with was established by Jung Hoon-tak, a former CEO of iHQ, an entertainment agency, and an adviser to the Korea Entertainment Management Association.
However, SM Entertainment’s denial of the rumors has cast doubt on the accuracy of the insider’s report. It is possible that the insider was mistaken, or that the two members have decided against signing with the new agency.
Only time will tell whether Sehun and Chanyeol will ultimately sign with a new agency. However, for now, it seems that they will remain with SM Entertainment.
