DC Universe’s The Flash, released in June 2023, didn’t meet expectations. The movie received mixed reviews from fans and critics alike. The movie couldn’t even meet the 265 Million budget that was spent on it. The Flash only generated a revenue of 262 Million in worldwide box offices. However, now the movie is getting released as an NFT. Will this make any difference?

Web3 Movie Experiences and The Flash

Warner Bros. has revealed, The Flash will be released as an NFT on the same day that it debuts on digital platforms. This means that anyone can watch the movie on the streaming platforms, as well as their own artwork and other stuff on the blockchain.

The blockchain service Eluvio will provide The Flash Web3 Movie Experience for purchase. Eluvio will allow the customers to purchase the movie from 18 July. Customers can purchase it via credit card or any of the eligible cryptocurrencies. Customers will have access to the movie in 4K Ultra HD, as well as other content including artwork.

Additionally, purchasers of The Flash Web3 Movie Experience will get a code to use at the DC NFT Marketplace to get a DC3 Super Power Pack NFT. The Super Power Pack includes a trio of digital comics with varying levels of rarity that were chosen at random. There are two NFT alternatives, each of which offers a different rarity level of character-based key art that is randomly chosen. One of four important works of art and dynamic menu interfaces are included in the $35 “Mystery” edition. There are only 10,000 available. The $100 “Premium” edition has exclusive bonus features, all four dynamic menu interfaces, and motion art, and is only available in 2,000 copies.
