Nearly all of the Metal Gear Solid games have in one form or another re-released or remastered. However, there is one game that hasn’t seen the light of day again since 2008. MGS4 is probably one of the least popular of the series, and for good reason. Anyway, it seems like a Metal Gear Solid 4 Remaster is going to get out of the PS3 hell it’s in.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Remastered
Following the release of Master Collection Vol.1, fans of the Konami franchise have been eagerly anticipating the release of Vol.2. Aside from being a superb game, many fans are hopeful that Metal Gear Solid 4 would be included in Volume 2 of the collection because it was originally released only for PlayStation 3.
During an interview with IGN, game producer Noriaki Okamura was asked about the possibility of Metal Gear Solid 4 being included in the Master Collection Vol.2. “Unfortunately, we can’t really say too much at the moment with Vol. 1 containing MGS 1-3 dot dot dot… you can probably connect the dots,” said Okamura. This hints strongly that Metal Gear Solid 4 Remaster will be included in the Master Collection Vol. 2.
