Players will be able to access Ultra Pokemons and Legendaries again in the game New Year’s 2024. The centerpiece of the event will be the five-star Raids that involve them. Mega Raids will see the return of Mega Ampharos. During the New Year’s 2024 incentives, the egg-hatch distance will be halved.
The legendary team of Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus is back. Although they are all flying types, Landorus and Thundurus also have subtypes. These powerhouses’ access to diverse move pools is what makes them a fantastic asset. Tornadus possesses Fast Moves like Astonish and Gust, whilst Thundurus possesses Bite and Volt Switch. Additionally, Landorus can use Fast Attacks Extrasensory Psychic even though he is a Ground- and Flying-type.
This January, there will be five Tuesdays with a different Pokemon in Pokemon GO this 2024. During Spotlight Hour, players will have a better chance of catching them. Castform will be back in action the first week of January. Eevee and Ralts will arrive in the second and third weeks, respectively.
