Discord is a really large platform. And it’s obvious that if even a minor inconvenience happens, people will notice. However, this time, it’s not a minor inconvenience. Rather, thousands of users are seeing “You have been Blocked” messages when visiting the site.

Discord – “Sorry, You have been Blocked”
A box with the message “Sorry, you have been blocked” is being seen by many users. They try to load the app, but get the message “You are unable to access Discord.com.” With hundreds of thousands of users contributing to the discourse, posts including the word “Discord” have rocketed to the top trends on X.
Around 11:30 AM CAT, reports of outages and access issues on Discord started to increase on DownDetector.com. On the outage tracking, thousands of users have complained that they are unable to access the app.
It appears that Cloudflare may be the cause of the API access problem. The organization looks over Discord’s servers and restricts access to IPs that it deems hazardous. Some users claim that when they launch it on Chrome browsers, they receive Cloudflare problems.
As some users claim to have been restricted by Discord but later regain access after a few tries or by reinstalling the program, the issue is probably simply transient. In either case, the problem will probably be remedied sooner rather than later.
