Xiaomi officially launched the OS on the 29 of February. Notably, the Xiaomi 14 will be the first phone in India to run this UI straight out of the box when it launches there on March 7.

Reports state that Xiaomi HyperOS will improve a device’s interconnectivity and performance. Furthermore, this interface includes Xiaomi’s HyperConnect, which is supposed to increase productivity across Xiaomi devices, along with an AI-backed gallery, a new colour scheme, and updated icons. The company states that depending on the device receiving the update, some functions may not be available on all of them.

The business also revealed that the HyperOS upgrade will be available for the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 12, and the Xiaomi 12T series globally by June of this year, which is the first half of 2024. Rumours hint that Redmi models, such as the Redmi Note 13 5G and the Redmi Note 12 5G series, may get this update, however, it is not confirmed.
