Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 – Official Announcement

As stated on their official website, they will share more information about the game during the Shadow Siege Limited Time Event. The reveal will surely include a reveal trailer but we may also get some gameplay footage. They have also revealed the official release date of the game which is 10 November.

This is a big deal for the devs because this is the first time a game is going to be a direct sequel. While the original series was a sequel of some sort, this one is more integrated.

The developers are also going to focus on multiplayer, the main appeal for a lot of people. As well as this time the developers are focusing the integrate the game as much as possible with CoD Warzone. This would be helpful since Warzone will get new updates and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will get more exposure (which it doesn’t really need actually).

Major Focuses and Highlights

A direct sequel in back-to-back years delivering an all-new Campaign that marks the return of Makarov.

With Carry Forward, players can continue to enjoy player inventory and weapon progression from last year’s Modern Warfare II
