The two-story penthouse boasts a sprawling living area of 273.86 square meters, offering J-Hope ample space to unwind in style. Notably, J-Hope reportedly paid for the entire property in cash, showcasing his impressive financial standing.
News of the acquisition reveals J-Hope had his sights set on this property for some time. Reports suggest he secured the apartment back in 2020, with the official transfer of ownership taking place on June 10th, 2024.
J-Hope’s latest acquisition isn’t his first venture into the property market. He previously made headlines for purchasing two luxury apartments in the Trimaze complex located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
Currently fulfilling his military service as an assistant instructor at the 36th Division’s Recruit Training Center, J-Hope is scheduled to be discharged on October 17th of this year. Despite his military commitments, J-Hope’s musical talent continues to shine.
