Youngjae participated in the making of all 10 songs on the album, which he says is “quite meaningful” to him. He also revealed that some of the songs on the album have been in the works for four years, since 2019.
The music video for the title track “Do It” was released on the same day as the album. The video shows Youngjae continuously trying to approach a girl he has fallen in love with, despite numerous failures. However, he wakes up the next day fresh and new and tries again.
Youngjae says that the song is “not just a love song, but a message encouraging people to keep on trying”. He hopes that the album will “act as a starting point for the listeners to hold on to positive thoughts” during difficult times.
