Assassin’s Creed Black Flag is one of the best in the series. Even people who are not a fan of the series at least like this specific one. This can be attributed to the amazing open-world, great story, and definitely, pirate setting. However, it seems like a remake is in the works.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake
On LinkedIn, there are reports of an unannounced Assassin’s Creed project. Last year, rumors circulated that the Assassin’s Creed 4 remake was under development and was just in its early stages. Additionally, according to these claims, Ubisoft Singapore is developing Skulls & Bones.
Given that Assassin’s Creed 4 and Skull & Bones both feature maritime warfare, Ubisoft Singapore would seem to be a solid candidate for the remake. That being said, fans of the beloved Assassin’s Creed video game have been a little concerned about the aforementioned delays and somewhat lackluster appearances of Skull and Bones over the years. However, Ubisoft has not yet announced the much-anticipated remake.
The post states Tan’s 2023 start date for the project and assumes that Tan is referring to the Black Flag remake. Once more, these claims are merely rumors at this point, but they can be true considering the context. It makes perfect sense that Ubisoft would draw talent from games like Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Skull and Bones. Black Flag and Skull and Bones are somewhat similar, and Mirage is essentially a return to the stealth combat emphasis that was present in earlier Assassin’s Creed games.
