Sea Horizon – Deck-Building, Turn-Based, Rouge-Like
Sea Horizon, developed by 45 Studio and Published by Softstar Entertainment, features pirate fantasy. This already makes the game stand out since most of the games in this genre stick to medieval fantasy or dungeons.
Players are introduced to the fragmented Myrihyn archipelago. Players can pick from a wide variety of characters, each with their unique goals and histories. With all the RPG systems, the game also features party management.
Players must traverse a hex grid map kinda resembles older JRPGS. Players can gather items, weapons, and randomly generated battle cards that control character actions in combat.
Sea Horizon features a soft, low-poly art style. The combat is great and rarely gets repetitive. As you build your character, the options you get become more and more interesting. The Soundtrack is also great. There are multiple and varied characters. And since this is rouge-like, every playthrough feels different.
