Sony Sound bar is a product that has a reputation in the audio device market. Sony has been know for good electronic device designs and quality products. First the walk mans and pods and now with the soundbars. The new HT-A3000 is one also of those devices. The sony sound bar provides amazing audio quality as expected. But, there are multiple things that need to be addressed.

Design And Specifications

Sony offers the option of attaching just the soundbar to keep things straightforward and uncluttered. This HT-A3000 bar is somewhat longer than 3 feet and has a lot of components. It features left, right, and center channels and two sub woofers in built. It also follows Dolby compliance technology. The bar features a sleek design and weighs nearly 4.5 kg. It can be wall mounted too.

Sony actually expects you to get the whole package for the sound bar. The device provides really good quality sounds on its own. But, some features such as 7.1 surround can oly work with addons. You get a 3.5 mm Aux input, Optical in, USB and as well as HDMI eARC. It also features Bluetooth 5.0 and wi-fi connectivity. The device also has built-in apple airplay and Spotify connect which makes a connectivity a lot easier.

The Price

The price of the sound bar is modest Rs. 57,000. Yeah we are being sarcastic. The 57K is also the best case scenario. The price only comes down with offers and warranty. The other important thing to note is the it the price of only the sound bar. Even by apple standards, this price is ridiculous. However, you can spend even more.

If you think the soundbar is not enough for your experience, you can spend another 50 thousand rupees. You get a SA-SW3 sub woofer and SA-RS3S Speakers. This brings to the total to around 1 Lac rupees. But is this enormous price any justified.
