Twitter Auto Reply won’t Reply With The Poop Emoji Anymore

Twitter has become a really interesting place ever since Elon Musk acquired the platform. The changes made to the platform have upset many people. However, me being a non-twitter user, find everything happening there amusing. It’s just something maniacal about seeing the place become a dumpster fire. The one thing that I didn’t actually know about was the “Poop Emoji” incident.

Twitter and the Poop Emoji Replies

So the thing is, Twitter is a really big platform, and people, especially journalists use it to track news, gather info, and all sorts of stuff. And with all that fiasco happening, it’s obvious that people would want some answer. However, it seems like Elon got really pissed off about this since every journalist trying to send queries to the Platform’s Press Department gets replied with a single poop emoji.

Elon being Elon, thought this would be funny. Well, it kinda is but it seems like they are getting rid of this. Replies have changed and from now Journalists will receive a reply like “We will get back to you soon” infinite loop” “Or maybe a “Check with us again tomorrow” loop.” As said, it’s an infinite loop so don’t expect any replies.

Users on the other hand had some other ideas. One of them said, “What’s your best idea for Twitter’s autoresponder to media requests for comment? I think they should troll even harder by using something like “Please visit Twitter to know what is actually happening in the world. This article may contain propaganda & be misleading,”. Some think they just bring the Emoji back.
