Since Call of Duty is now under Microsoft, it is not too far off to imagine all the crossover that can happen. Considering the amount of crossovers CoD does, it’s surprising that one with Halo hasn’t happened yet. However, it seems like that wish will also be fulfilled soon because CoD X Halo crossover leaks have popped up online.

CoD X Halo
According to Jon Nicholson of Videogamer, a Halo x CoD crossover was supposed to appear in MW3 in 2023. Unfortunately, if well-known Call of Duty leaker TheGhostOfHope is to be trusted, it appears it was abruptly cancelled.
The leaker clarified that while the cooperation itself isn’t real, the photograph in TheGhostOfHope’s post is. “One of the seasons had a real bundle collaboration that was cancelled.”
Of course, it’s still possible that Master Chief will appear in a Call of Duty game shortly.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is currently only a few days away. Maybe—and I’m just speculating—the Halo partnership in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III was dropped in order to make it a selling point for Black Ops 6.
