XDefiant Release Date Still Unknown

Originally revealed with unique classes derived from Clancy titles like The Division and Splinter Cell, offering various active powers, passive effects, and weapons similar to the roster of other hero shooters. They’ll compete on several maps and scenarios, including standard team deathmatches and arena-shooter missions.

The shooter’s preseason was supposed to start in October. However, it was postponed while the developers worked to correct some inconsistencies discovered during a public test session. While its makers did not provide a revised release date, Ubisoft’s February financial statement indicated that XDefiant will be released during its fourth quarter.

It’s now April, and XDefiant has yet to appear. Its developers revealed in a post stating that the game has been delayed once more. Those enhancements appear to be evaluated during an upcoming server test session for PCs and consoles. The test will last for 12 hours and is intended to stress-test servers and capture critical data that the team claims is required before launch.
