Karina, from the group Aespa, and actor Lee Jae Wook are officially an item! Both agencies confirmed the news on February 27th.
“Karina and Lee Jae Wook are currently getting to know each other,” stated SM Entertainment, Karina’s agency. Lee Jae-wook’s agency, C-JeS Entertainment, echoed the sentiment, adding, “We kindly ask for your warm support and understanding as he focuses on filming while respecting his personal life.”
Earlier that day, Korean media outlet Dispatch reported the couple’s relationship, claiming they met and fell for each other at Milan Fashion Week in January. According to the report, they primarily met in Lee Jae-wook’s neighbourhood for casual dates, like walks in local parks.
Karina rose to fame as a member of Aespa, debuting in 2020. The group has hit songs like “Next Level,” “Illusion,” “Better Things,” and “Thirsty.” Lee Jae Wook started acting in 2018, appearing in dramas like “Memories of the Alhambra,” “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow,” and “Death’s Game.”
