Devil May Cry is one the most stylish and action-packed games ever. And it was a good idea on Netflix’s part to make an anime series on it. The announcement was made a while ago and all we had was a teaser trailer to look towards. However, we finally have an official release date.

Devil May Cry Release Date
Adi Shankar, the showrunner of Castlevania, is producing the new animated series. Studio Mir is the Legend of Korra studio that does the animation for the show. The creators have announced that the show will be released on 3 April.
In 2018, the first season of the Devil May Cry anime was confirmed to consist of eight episodes. The series would be produced by Studio Mir, which has produced shows including X-Men ’97, The Legend of Korra, and others.
It seems to be starring Dante from around the time of the first three games rather than Devil May Cry 5, though any connections to the games are not verified. Plot specifics are being kept under wraps. Johnny Yong Bosch, who voices Nero in the video games, will provide the voice of Dante.
