Just to place some examples, The company already has studios like Riot and Epic Games. According to the reports, they are also acquiring Techland Studios.

There were also reports on internal issues at Techland also last year. The studio claimed that around 5% of its employees, left the company in a span of two months. But according to Techland’s CEO, the company’s “best is yet to come” with this latest Tencent acquisition.

The Swedish corporation Embracer Group, which also owns other companies like Gearbox Entertainment and Crystal Dynamics, disclosed last month that it would halt the development of some games and sell off studios as part of a bigger restructuring strategy.
