Terminator is a series that is still as prevalent in pop culture as it was in the 80s. While the games have lukewarm most of the time, it is still an IP with potential. This is why it is exciting to the early access reveal of the new Terminator: Survivors and what it brings to the table.

Terminator: Survivors – It’s Open World This Time?
Terminator: Survivors is a new game in the franchise that Nacon has announced. This will be an open-world survival game that may be played by one person or up to four people cooperatively. The game will be set four years after Judgement Day, placing players in the role of human survivors who have to find a way to live in a hostile world where Skynet is in control. Our objective is to live another day despite having to deal with machines and other human factions.
It is still worth considering the survival, open-world approach the game is going for. This is not the genre someone thinks about when thinking about Terminator. While there are a lot of games with this description already out, it may be worth noting how it brings into the Terminator universe.
What’s ahead is not clear. This is the first game created by Nacon Studio Milan, which is split into two subsidiaries: Nacon Studio Milan, which is dedicated to creating this game, and RaceWard Studio, which has previously released games like TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 and Rims Racing.
You will still need to wait a little while to play Terminator: Survivors. Without a set release date, the game will go live on Steam on October 24th for early access. The confirmed platforms for the final release are PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
