Belift Labs Group Illit’s Wonhee Injured her ankle during filming this week. As per the Agency Statement, doctors have advised her to wear a brace and avoid strenuous activity for now.

This means Wonhee will be on stage for ILLIT’s performance at the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival on June 15th, but she won’t be dancing. Belift Lab asks that fans understand this situation.

Here’s the full statement from Belift Lab:

We are writing to inform you about ILLIT member Wonhee’s schedule.

Wonhee injured her ankle during filming this week and received medical treatment at a hospital. Doctors advised her to wear a brace and minimize strenuous movements for now.

Because of this, she will participate in the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival stage on June 15th while seated and without choreography. We kindly ask for your understanding.

While Wonhee is determined to participate in all scheduled activities, the agency will prioritize the doctor’s advice and her recovery when making decisions about future schedules.

Our priority is for Wonhee to recover fully so she can meet fans in good health. We will do everything we can to help her achieve this.

Thank you.
