While Starfield was one of the most hyped games of the year, it didn’t meet the expectations of many gamers. Some argue it will be better with time, as with other Bethesda games. However, even modders aren’t that interested in the game either. Anyways, Bethesda is skill-expanding the game, as has announced the first DLC for Starfield, Shattered Space.

Starfield Shattered Space DLC

Shattered Space appears to provide much of the mysticism, horror, and zaniness players wanted. Furthermore, we anticipate players will get access to a plethora of new gear and equipment.

Fans will finally be able to meet House Va’ruun and see what they’ve been up to. Surprisingly, the major group was neglected in Starfield’s base game material. This led many fans to speculate that the mysterious aspect of the Settled Systems will be explored in Shattered Space. Now we know they were completely correct.

If you want to see the cosmic horror-heavy adventure that will be released around the end of 2024, check out the first full trailer, which also includes an introduction to the all-new free (and paid) content that is now available in-game, as well as official mod support.

As for the items mentioned at the end of the movie, players can now visit the Creation Club. This simplifies the process of adding mods to the game. There are certain limits to this approach when compared to the more complex, out-of-game modifying process, but it’s a clean and efficient way to add a lot of mods to your game. This is also available for the Xbox version of the game, albeit there are some size and content limitations.
