The new iPhone SE 4 was supposed to be released this year, alongside The iPhone 14, as leakers claimed. The Smartphone is supposed to be a lower-end, budget version of the iPhone XR. However, new information suggests that the release date of the device is pushed to 2025.

According to Macrumors, the iPhone SE 4 won’t be released in 2023 as previously believed. Instead, the earliest date for the official debut is 2025. Analysts predict that Qualcomm will continue to be the modem provider for both the iPhone SE and the iPhone 16 range through the end of the year. This is despite rumors that the iPhone SE 4 would use Apple’s first 5G modem.
iPhone SE versions don’t release on an annual cycle as the regular iPhone series does. The first iPhone SE model was released in 2016, and since then, three variants of the device have been released by the business. The release actually follows a bi-annual sequence. And the new one in the series seems to borrow stuff from iPhone 14 and XR.
The last-generation iPhone SE (2022) had a starting price of Rs. 43,900 for the base 64GB storage model when it was introduced in March of last year. And the device also had features of the flagship iPhones of that generation, while also being a budget option. So it seems like the new one will be a great option too.
