The iPhone 14 has a maximum of 4 GB RAM and 512 GB internal memory. The 14 one has a higher 6 GB RAM and 1TB internal memory.

With a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, the iPhone 10 XS Max has a dual-camera system. iPhone 14 features a triple camera configuration, with a 48MP primary and two 12 MP cameras. While both cameras can capture 4k videos and images, iPhone 14 features more features. Such as cinematic mode, Dolby Vision HDR, and 10-bit HDR.
