OnePlus recently revealed the launch timeline of its much-awaited OnePlus Ace 2 Pro. With advanced 100W fast charging, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and a bunch of cutting-edge features, the company has taken the mid-range smartphone market to exciting heights.

The smartphone features an impressive 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For power, it packs an industry-leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on OnePlus OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11. It includes dual stereo speakers, a punch-hole display, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

As for the camera, the flagship phone features a triple-camera setup, consisting of an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 48MP primary lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. It has a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

The Ace 2 Pro has a massive 5000mAh battery that supports 100W of fast charging. The battery supports up to 55W fast charging over a USB-C port. As for connectivity, it supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and a headphone jack.

The device is to launch in early May 2021. The device will be available in two color options – Carbon Black and Rose Gold. As for the pricing, the Ace 2 Pro is to retail at around $499.
