Warzone Legacy was amazing feature in Call of Duty Warzone. The amount of players Warzone had was impressive. And giving every single a dedicated montage of their achievements is definitely something. When it was decided that Warzone servers will be closed for Warzone 2, the Warzone Legacy feature was introduced. It was a sort of goodbye of developers and players the beloved game they invested hours in.

What is Warzone Legacy?

Warzone Legacy was a feature that presented every player with a dedicated montage video. The video basically captured the whole essence of every single Warzone player. It displayed many statistics, personalized for each player. It mostly showed the stats like First Match, Most used operator, most used weapons, your best teammates etc. Warzone Legacy was basically end credits to every players journey. After, that Warzone 2 arrived and most of the player base shifted with it.

Should this more frequent?

It has been now some time since Warzone 2 released and the game has already seen 4 seasons. A feature like legacy can be seasonal thing. The idea of a personal montage sounds amazing. It can make the game a bit more personal and rewarding.

However, it can also be argued that it will get rid of the magical feeling that original presented. The infrequency of that video made it much more impactful. And the timing of the video fit the theme that game was going through. Still, it would be cool to see if this ever happened again.
