Baldur’s Gate 3 just released for PC and it seems people are loving this one. It’s what every gamer has always wanted. No Pre-launch DLCs, no micro-transactions, and no other stuff. It’s just the purest form of gaming, a thing that many publishers have forgotten. However, if you are a console player you will have to wait a bit longer. And bad news for Xbox Players, they will have to wait till the next year to get the game. However, there is something else that can be done.

Baldur’s Gate – Xbox Games Pass
According to the reports, The first two games in the Baldur’s Gate series will soon be added to the Xbox Game Pass.
PlayStation users will also be able to play the game, although their version won’t be available until September. To the dismay of fans, the game’s creator Larian Studios has yet to announce a release date. This includes both PlayStation and Xbox.
Larian Studios stated this is because of the Xbox Series S, the lesser powerful console of this generation. Larian has confirmed that they wanted the game to play smoothly. According to them, the release date could’ve been the same as PlayStation if they had not needed to develop for the Series S.
Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II will be included in Xbox Game Pass, which should keep fans occupied until the third game is released for the console. And don’t just think these games are old and unplayable. There is a reason the series is getting a new entry after 2 decades. The Original Baldur’s Gate games are considered to be one the best RPG experiences ever made. And they should satiate your thirst for The 3rd game in the series.
However, Xbox has been adamant about offering more titles on Xbox Game Pass, including those for PC players, so it only makes sense to include two of the genre’s most renowned RPGs.
