Netflix has announced the return of “Physical: 100” for a thrilling second season. The reality show premiered in January 2022 and gained global popularity due to its unique concept and impressive athleticism.

“Physical: 100” features 100 exceptionally fit contestants competing in physical challenges. Each competition eliminates participants until only one remains, claiming the title of having the best body.

The show broke records and achieved significant milestones, becoming the first Korean variety show to top Netflix’s Top 10 Shows (Non-English) category. It also ranked in the Top 10 lists in 82 countries, showcasing its worldwide appeal.

Director Jang Ho Gi, who helmed the successful first season, will return for Season 2. The production team has listened to viewer feedback and aims to improve the show based on their input.
