Valorant is one of the most popular FPS PVP games at the moment. The game is primarily played on PC; however, Riot released it on consoles in August last year too. Furthermore, this is not the case for India as the game is still not available on PS5 or Xbox in the country. However, Riot does seem to have plans for Valorant Mobile instead.

Valorant Mobile

Riot reportedly thinks there isn’t much possibility of releasing Valorant on the PS5 and Xbox in India. This report comes from High Chaos Run. Considering Riot’s efforts in the area and Valorant’s popularity in India, this decision seems unexpected. The corporation has maintained a strong presence in the nation. They have managed to develop the Indian Agent Harbor and held watch parties for VCT Ascension in several places.

Given how mobile dominates the gaming business, the move makes sense. If Riot is totally dedicated to Valorant Mobile in India, this could be an amazing move. However, it is surprising that the console release was completely skipped.

Riot has not yet revealed an official release date for Valorant Mobile, even though several gameplay videos have been leaked to the platform.
